The main tasks of the Technical Service Division include technology governance and performance evaluation, management and application of R&D results, international technology exchanges and cooperation, innovation and incubation center, livestock information management and dissemination, livestock technology publication, press conferences and demonstrations, livestock promotion and education, farmer training, academic seminars, collection and preservation of experimental research data, publications published by the Institute, and technical services.
